We participate in COVID-19 safety behaviours, and as such this practice asks that if you feel or think you might have come in contact with people who have flu-like symptoms as regularly updated by NSW Department of Health, please do not attend your appointment in person. We are able to schedule a Telehealth videoconference through secured Zoom instead, at the same time of your appointment, and you will still be entitled to your Medicare rebate.

So that you have a smooth start, please follow the below for your first appointment:

1. Bring with you your Mental Health Plan by your GP / Psychiatrist (if, relevant, and you have one);

2. Bring with you a card to pay with (can be a credit card – no AMEX/Diners/cash);

3. Bring with you a card to get your Medicare rebate (rebates can only go into a cheque or savings account – NOT credit card – this is a medicare rule), if relevant;

4. Bring your current and valid Medicare Card or Private Health Member’s Card.
